Bike-to-Bike

Autocom systems can be set-up for Bike-to-Bike communication.

To enable this, a UHF handheld transceiver must be connected to the Autocom unit.  There are a variety of handheld UHF transceivers available, and these vary in features and the distance they transmit.  The transmission distance depends on the wattage of the transceivers.

Generally most transceivers have wattages between 0.5 watt up to 5 watt...

A selection of optional Bike-to-Bike leads are available so suit most common transeivers, 

Please note: that for the NEW 2009 models... Part 2356 is required to be installed on the unit to enable the Bike-to-Bike interface lead to be connected.
