Registration

To purchase from our website, users will need to register an account

There is certain basic information that is required for us to process orders.   Required fields are marked with an asterisk* and must be completed before the registration will complete.

Activation

Please Note that the Registration pages are case sensitive.  It is generally a good idea to use lower case characters for all information.

Once your account has been created, an activation link will be sent to the e-mail address you have entered.   This activation email is normally sent to you within a couple of minutes.

Please note that you MUST activate the account by clicking on the activation link when you get the above e-mail before you can login as a registered user and purchase online. 

 

This site will only activate and register accounts which have been confirmed via email.  This is to avoid illegitimate registrations and email addresses.  Also this assists in replying to requests for forgotten Passwords.  (Email addresses are generally easier to remember then numerous passwords.)

Email & Username

The email entered is where any correspondence will be sent.  The Username will be the name that is required each time you "Login"

Please note that Bluerim Australia will only use your email address to contact you in regards to your registration or any subsequent orders.  And as per our Privacy Policy, we will not use your email address for marketing purposes.  Your details will not be passed onto any marketing companies, and your information is kept strictly confidential.  (we dislike spam as much as you).

Password

The password is required when logging in. (obviously).  If your password is forgotten, simply click on the "Lost Password" link in the Login area.  A password confirmation email will immediately be sent to your registered email address.

If you have changed your email address at any stage... you can still Login using your "Username" and then update your email address in the Account Maintenance area.

If you have forgotten both your Username and email address... it is best that you call us (or email) to have your details updated manually.  We do not have access to your password, but we can reset it manually, and you can then enter the Account Maintenance area and choose a new password.  Please call Bluerim Australia on (02) 9624 5255

Bill To Information

By default we require your home address.

An additional "Delivery Address" may be entered if the goods are to be sent to an alternative address.  This is requested at the "Check Out" stage when ordering products.  If no delivery address is specified for an order, the home address that was entered at the registration stage will be used as the Delivery Address.

Terms of Service

At the bottom of the Customer Registration page, you are asked to agree to the Terms of Service.  You are required to "tick" the box to finalise the registration. 

This is normal legal stuff.  It basically asks you to confirm that you have read all of the important information such as Warranty Info, Returns Policy, Privacy Policy, etc.  We have to be sure that you know all this information.  It is pretty boring, but luckily it is not long, and we recommend you do read this information.  All this can be found at the About Us page.

Cookies

Basically a Cookie is a small file that is temporarily put on your computer while you are logged on to our web site.  This cookie only keeps track of any products that you Add to a Cart. 

These cookies are normally deleted if you leave this site, or depending on what settings you have in your web browser, they are either deleted when you close your browser, or when you manually delete them.

We do not have access to any other information on your computer. And NO information is sent to us about you or your motorbike...  We are just happy you ride one.

If you have some very strict settings on your web browser, you may not be able to add items to a Cart.  A good way to see this is to simply pick a product and click "Add to Cart".  When you change the page, you should see the item shown at the bottom of the right Accessories Menu below the CART heading.  If this does not shown, then the Cookie settings on your computer may need to be changed.

(The above test product/item can be deleted by clicking on and viewing the SHOW CART box.)

Shopping Cart

Items can be added to a Cart before or after you Register or Login.

If items have been added to a cart and you have not registered, then the items will remain there until you have registered and activated your account.  There is no time limit to holding the items in a cart (within reason).

You should receive the Activation Email and have plenty of time to Login.
