Mobile Phone Auto-Answering

Mobile phones will auto-answer on all Autocom systems.  It is the actual phone's settings that determines this, as this happens with any hands-free device plugged into the phone.  This can normally be set within your phones menu system, and you should see this option for "Auto Answer on Headset" (or something similar).

Earplugs

Depending on how well you set the speaker positioning and use the microphone loud spot, will depend on how much sound level you will have at the ear.

How to power Autocom Systems?

There are basically two ways the Autocom systems can be powered... Portably or 12volt Bike Powered.

The new Logic systems can both be powered portably using standard AA batteries (x3), or alternatively connected to the bike's 12volt power.

Transceiver Options & Set-up

There are a few options for Transceivers/CBs with the Autocom systems.  The main differences come down to physical size and power output.

Microphone Positioning

Important Set-up Tips
